movement rehabilitation specialist
I've been a Pilates teacher since 2010 and have naturally been drawn to the world of rehabilitation. I have worked with athletes like professional climbers, aerialists, footballers and many others. I have experience with complex autoimmune conditions as well as pregnancy, postnatal and various other pathologies. After years of requests from clients, and needing a new challenge, I've started this Hub of programs to continue sharing valuable information, working with more people in a new way and learning more about how to improve my skills as a teacher.
My approach is all about precision and control. I have found that detail matters and there is no perfect formula to every problem. The body is complex and if you have dysfunction and pain in the body, it requires a holistic and multifaceted approach to solving an issue. My foundation is Pilates but I have tweaked and adapted exercises for certain conditions in a unique way that it more accessible. I do fascia work as well as try to integrate a more three dimensional movement pattern with a strong emphasis on alignment.
